This is a Laffun Head manufactured by the NUTS at BiBi Products co. inc. Culver , California. It is a original Peter figuren and is the Tyrolean Yodeler. You fill him up with water in the back and when you pull on it's tie it squirts water at you , opens it's eyes, moves tounge, and yodles. This head works and has not been used. Comes in it's original box with paperwork.
