* This is a very collectable toy. It is an Original PETER Figuren made by Bibi Products Company. I tried it and it was not working. I took the back off and found the rubber bladder was shot. I put a piece of sponge in its place. This allowed the toys eyes to open, and close, tongue to wag, and voice to laugh. I put it back together, but can't get it to work with the pull cord, so I think it needs some more tweaking. I don't know if it still squirts. The tongue is missing the red covering. It has the golden Peter sticker on the back, and the Bibi label. Sold as is.
Would Look GREAT! in any collection.
