Bibi's Vintage "Laffun Head" Marine w/Box instructions


 

This item is in excellent physical condition appearing to have never been used as all stickers are in place and has the original instructions.  However, I inserted a battery and nothing happened (Yes i did pull his tie and no i did not add water).  This is a very neat little item and needless to say I am disappointed.  The battery compartment is clean. However, I know someone out there in the land of ebay probably knows what to do so here he is enjoy.
