This maze continued to underwhelm me in 2007. Too many masks, masks that
look too ghoulish and not enough like insane humans, not enough makeup
characters, too many monsters not using their voices at all, and too many
monsters just doing generic scares rather than acting like asylum inmates. I
continued to enjoy the nurses, though.
There were some layout changes in this maze compared to the previous year. The worst change this year, IMHO, was removing the "voices in your head" audio from that section towards the middle, which I thought was one of the most effective elements of the maze.
I did decide to post two videos of the maze from this year, though (filmed on 10-25 and 10-28 as a side-effect of my efforts to get a full video of Feary Tales), due to catching different enough stuff on the two trips through, and because for this maze I didn't want to spend the considerable amount of time required to edit down two visits into one seamless walkthrough. It can also just be interesting to see how a maze experience can differ from night to night depending on factors like which monsters are on duty, what they're doing when you happen to walk through, etc.
