Hard to tell (again, crappy camera) even though I turned the lights out for this shot, but the screen says:

SYS:  CATASTROPHIC ERROR
>>>   Hard Drive has been erased.

As I recall, this was based on the actual look of major error popups on the VAX that this was the console for.
